1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Tellable Truths Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) runs on a recurring basis, beginning at 12:00 AM CST on the 1st day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59 PM CST on the last day of that same month (“Giveaway Period”). The drawing for each month’s winner will occur on the 1st day of the following month.

2. SPONSOR

The Tellable Truths Monthly Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Tellable Truths, a brand operated under Basically Beatific LLC, Nebraska, USA (“Sponsor”).

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tellable Truths and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Giveaway Period, participants must:

✅ React to the giveaway social media post 
✅ Tag 5 friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
✅ Share the giveaway post publicly on their profile.
✅ Complete the official entry form, which requires:

  • A valid email address (mandatory).
  • Their social media handles for verification of follows (optional but increases chances of winning).

Each participant can earn up to 4 total entries by following the entry guidelines on Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • One (1) winner will be randomly selected using a digital randomization tool from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will occur on the 1st of the following month. The winner will be notified via email and/or direct message on the platform used to enter.
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, a new winner will be selected.

6. PRIZE DETAILS

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) free Tellable Truths t-shirt of their choice (subject to availability).
  • The prize has an approximate retail value of $30 USD.
  • No cash alternative or substitutions allowed.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
  • Entries that do not meet all the requirements will be disqualified.
  • Multiple entries from duplicate accounts or bots will be disqualified.
  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or X (Twitter).
  • Participants release Facebook, Instagram, and X from any liability related to the Giveaway.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tellable Truths and Basically Beatific LLC are not responsible for:

  • Technical issues, lost entries, or submission failures.
  • Prize shipment delays due to circumstances beyond control.
  • Any injury or damage caused by participating in the Giveaway.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Tellable Truths. They may opt-out at any time. Personal data collected will not be sold or shared with third parties.

10. WINNER LIST

The first name and last initial of each month’s winner may be posted publicly on Tellable Truths’ official social media accounts after prize confirmation.
